Iowa Land Auction Prices, November 11-17

November 20, 2023

Lyon, Harrison, & Sioux counties top the market with sales at $25,200/acre each. Harrison County had a sale at $20,900/acre, while Sioux County had a sale at $20,600/acre. Boone & Plymouth counties earn honorable mention with each having a sale at $18,600/acre. I think it is safe to say we are having a post-harvest bump in prices. However, soft areas are popping up as well. Many auctions are on the books for the next four weeks. Flyers for upcoming auctions can be purchased here: PURCHASE land auction flyers
